1.What is the Solder paste?

Solder paste (or solder cream) is a material used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards to connect surface mount components to pads on the board.

It is also possible to solder through hole pin in paste components by printing solder paste in/over the holes.

2.How to store solder paste?

The solder paste does not store for a very long time because of chemical interaction between the rosin and the suspended lead (and other metals) over time. The solution degrades over time and causes some problems with soldering after a certain age.

To help get around the long term storage problem, it is kept in the refrigerator. That allows the longest storage life.

3.How to control the warm up time when take the solder paste away from the refrigerator?

When you need it, take it out of the fridge and leave it at room temperature for a few hours before you use it.
